Shaun Moss is a highly experienced ex-local government housing enforcement manager. Responsibilities included housing enforcement, HHSRS, HMO and Selective licensing. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Private Rented Sector generally. Spreading his wings to go freelance, and whilst still working closely with councils, he assists landlords with the HMO and Selective licence applications and process, as well as ensuring that properties meet the required standards set by Government and Councils. He also mitigates and defends any housing enforcement action taken by the council or tenants, including Rent Repayment Orders, Civil Penalties and Notices under the Housing Act 2004. Shaun Moss is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and an Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH).
