Finders International, a leading probate genealogy firm that featured on the BBC television series ‘Heir Hunters’, have been included in a news article by the Yorkshire Business for winning ‘Best UK Probate Research Firm of the Year’ at the inaugural UK Probate Research Awards. The article also commended the achievements of Ramsdens Solicitors, who won ‘Best Probate Law Firm’ in the Northern region of England and Wales.
The awards, which were presented by BBC ‘The Arts Hour’s’ Nikki Bedi and supported by AVIVA Insurance and the National Association of Licenced Paralegals (NALP), were held on 7 February in London. The first of its kind, the UK Probate Research Awards aimed to celebrate and honour the probate genealogy industry and to recognise all those that provide an invaluable public service.
Danny Curran, Managing Director of Finders International, commented: ‘I am incredibly proud of all the Finders staff for their hard work and effort. It’s an amazing achievement to have won five awards, including the ‘Best Probate Research Firm’. We are very grateful to all our supporters and we are delighted to have been recognised as the best in our field in this way. We would also like to congratulate every winner of the night.”
